Who we are

Neymoo Farms is a family-owned farm in Bunnythorpe, Manawatū, New Zealand. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Neymoo Farms. We are responsible for the personal information collected through neymoo.co.nz.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us through the enquiry form on our contact page. This may include:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• The type of enquiry you are making
• Details about your horse and anything else you include in your message

You do not have to give us any of this information, but we need at least your name, email address and message to reply to you.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and keep in touch about it
• Understand your horse’s needs when discussing care, facilities or aftercare
• Keep a record of our conversations with you

We will not use your information for marketing, and we will never sell it.

Storage and security

When you submit the enquiry form, your details are stored securely in our website database and sent to us by email. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers may be located outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected, including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our website administration.

Sharing

We do not share your personal information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law. Our website host and email provider store and process information on our behalf, but they may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any arrangement that follows. Enquiries that don’t lead to an ongoing arrangement are deleted from our website within 12 months.

Cookies

Our website uses only the small, essential cookies needed for it to work properly. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can also ask us to delete your information. Just get in touch and we’ll respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days.
